FAQ -Translate
Q1: I can't launch Instant Spanish.
Q2: I got the error message "Nothing Translated".
Q3: Instant Spanish freezes while a translation is in progress.
Q4: Instant Spanish freezes while translating.
Q5: When I translate a document, styles like align left, bold, and so on are lost.

Q1: I can't launch Instant Spanish.
A1: Please try the following procedure:
(1)Restart Windows once. If it doesn't work,
(2)Remove Instant Spanish from your PC.
(3)Restart Windows.
(4)Install Instant Spanish again.
(5)Restart Windows.

(3)Error message(s) (if any)

 

 

Q2: I got the error message "Nothing Translated."
A2: Please confirm your sentence has a period at the end.
If it does, try the following sentence:
"This is a test."
If you can't translate the sentence, please contact us with the following information:
(1)Version of Instant Spanish
(2)Operating system on your computer.

 

 

Q3: Instant Spanish freezes while a translation in progress.
A3: Please contact us to order an upgrade to the most recent version of Instant Spanish.

 

 

Q4: Instant Spanish freezes while translating:
A4: Please try the following;
-In a new document, type "This is a test." and translate it.

If you can translate it, maybe your document is causing the problem. Please divide the document in several parts, for example, chapter by chapter or paragraph by paragraph. You can estimate the location of the problem text that is causing the program to freeze by the completed percentage of the translation before Instant Spanish freezes.
Occasionally, a very complicated sentence structure may cause Instant Spanish to freeze.
Please check the chapter in our manual called "Optimizing Translation" for details on how to generate the best possible translation quality.

-If you can't translate "This is a test.", please try using Instant Spanish by itself, NOT from within your word processor.

-If it doesn't work, please re-install Instant Spanish.

-If it still doesn't work, contact us with the following information:
(1)Version of Instant Spanish in [Help]-[About Trans]
(2)Operating system on your computer
(3)Error message(s) (if any)

 

 

Q5: When I translate a document, styles like align left, bold, and so on are lost.
A5: Instant Spanish most recent versions have been enhanced to maintain formatting information.
If you a user of older version, please contact us to upgrade to the current version, since older versions will not preserve document formats.
